About the Position

From our concrete factory in Helsingborg, we produce and deliver concrete to our customers throughout Southern Sweden. We are now looking for our next colleague who finds process control, customer contact, and performing minor repairs exciting and enjoyable.

As a process technician, you will be responsible for the production of concrete through process control and planning of deliveries and concrete trucks. The role involves daily contact with our suppliers, drivers, and customers. You will also assist with maintenance and minor repairs of the concrete factory.

If necessary, work at nearby concrete factories may occur.

The position is full-time with regular working hours Mon-Fri 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM but may vary according to customer needs.

We believe you have a high school education, preferably with a technical focus. You enjoy customer contact, are structured and solution-oriented. You are unpretentious, driven, and thrive in a flexible work environment. You see opportunities and are eager to learn and develop in your role.

We expect you to have good computer skills and require a B driver's license.

If you have experience in concrete and/or concrete training Class I and II, this is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a positive attitude and the willingness to grow with us!

The position is full-time with immediate start.
